For boys & girls age 7-14
Developing good habits physically, mentally and spiritually is important. Everyone may not develop into an all star athlete, but it is important to care for the body, mind and soul.
Each day kids will warm up with dynamic stretching, go for a run on the cross country course, and learn an important life lesson. The kids will be encouraged to set goals for themselves and their times will be recorded each week.
