Camp Details:

• Each day will include an icebreaker game, full warmup, run, cool down, and short topic and discussion.
• Workouts and mileage will be adapted to each athlete’s current ability and fitness level.
• Thursday’s run is a hill workout at Twin Ponds on the Farm. Friday’s run is a long run on the Orange Heritage Trail. Saturday’s run will be a fun, relay-style “race”
• Topics covered will include both science and mentality relating to training, nutrition, and rest, and how each of these can be used to glorify God.
• Please come prepared each day dressed to run and with plenty of water.
