Each day will include an icebreaker game, full warmup, run, cool down, and short topic and discussion.
Workouts and mileage will be adapted to each athlete’s current ability and fitness level.
Thursday’s run is a hill workout at Twin Ponds on the Farm. Friday’s run is a long run on the Orange Heritage Trail. Saturday’s run will be a fun, relay-style “race”
Topics covered will include both science and mentality relating to training, nutrition, and rest, and how each of these can be used to glorify God.
Please come prepared each day dressed to run and with plenty of water.
