Each athlete gets 6 throws per event

The throws landing area meets IAAF & USATF standards to be legal throws

Implement inspections 30 minutes prior to the event
- 11:00 AM | Women’s Javelin (All divisions)
- 11:00 AM | Men’s & Women’s Shot (All Divisions)
- 12:00 PM | Men’s Javelin (All divisions)
- 12:00 PM | Men’s & Women’s Weight & Super Weight Throw (All divisions)
- 1:00 PM | Men’s Discus (Open) & Women’s Discus (All divisions)
- 2:00 PM | Men’s Discus (HS & Masters)
- 3:00 PM | Women’s Hammer (All divisions)
- 4:15 PM | Men’s Hammer (Open & Masters)
