SPRINTS, HURDLES & HORIZONTAL JUMPS

  • FOR ATHLETES OF ALL AGES: Middle School, High School, Collegiate, Open & Masters
  • Includes boxed lunch, snacks, and water/Gatorade each day

  • Limited to 12 athletes per session

SESSIONS:
  • Sprints | July 15 from 10am-noon

  • Hurdles | July 15 from 1-3pm

  • Horizontal Jumps | July 16 from 10am-noon

  • Competition meet | July 16 from 1-3pm

COST:

  • $350 (For all 3 sessions) or $125/session

  • Registration includes entry in the competition meet on Sunday, July 16

Coach O’Riley is an USATF Emerging-Elite Coach and has 15 years experience at multiple levels.  He was recognized as the 2022 Westchester County Co-Coach of the Year for boys’ spring track.

O’Riley’s athletes at Valhalla High School have garnered 25 all-state finishes atop the podium at the state championships.

He founded the GANAS Athletic Club in 2020 and works privately with sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers (and athlete from other sports) as a speed and elastic strength development specialist.

He was mentored by USATF Master Coach Jeremy Fischer at the 2022 USATF National Championships in Oregon and remains in active contact.  Most recently he presented a horizontal jumps clinic at the NYC Armory alongside Marquis Dendy, a world class athlete.

O’Riley has presented clinics internationally in Colombia, Guatemala and Panama.  He worked with Noah Jefferson, who placed 2nd in the 400 meters at the 2022 Guatemalan National Championships.

Finally, he served as an assistant hurdle and jumps coach at the University of Albany (NCAA I) from 2003-2008.

We are excited to welcome Noah Jefferson to the 12th Rock Sprint Clinic to assist our coaching staff.  Noah competes for Manhattan College and the
Guatemalan National team.  He recently placed 2nd at the MAAC Conference
Championship in the 400 meters and is a member of the all-conference
4×100/4×400 relay teams.  Jefferson placed 2nd in the 400 meters at the
2022 Guatemalan Nationals.
